Sam D. Hart has represented clients since 1989 and assists individuals and businesses in a broad range of legal matters. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy, civil litigation, including personal injury and contract disputes, workers' compensation, social security, debt collection, and unfair trade practices. Mr. Hart also assists clients in matters of business and commercial law, commercial bankruptcies, real estate law, and a variety of other practice areas. In addition to his career as an attorney, Mr. Hart has served his country in the U.S. Navy as a Submarine Qualified Nuclear & Tactical Weapons Officer.

Mr. Hart graduated from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia with a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science. After his service in the military, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. Mr. Hart is admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, the Middle District of Georgia, and the Northern District of Georgia. He has participated in numerous trials, including Davis v. Chips Express, 676 So.2d 984 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996).
